Once verified, Your account shall be provided with demonstrable and visible mark of verification, which shall be visible to all users of the services.

If You have provided your consent on assisting any NGO as a Volunteer, we may also contact You through a service call and/or send you a text message seeking your assistance as a Volunteer based on the specific needs of the NGOs and/or communicate to You any work opportunities being offered by the NGO. Promotional offers: We may offer joint promotions or programs that, in order for Your participation, will require us to share Your information with third parties. Other than providing a confirmation upon receipt of payment against a membership account and the amount donated by You, QAUSE disclaims any and all liabilities in relation to Your payment processing by such third-party payment gateway service provider and the collection and processing of any information provided to the third party payment gateway service provider. While using such payment gateways to make payments to NGOs through QAUSE, You will be required to accept the terms of use and privacy policies of such payment gateway service providers. We request You to please make Yourself familiar with the terms of use and privacy policies of Your respective payment gateway service provider before using such service. You agree and acknowledge that QAUSE shall not be liable and in no way be held responsible for any losses whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, including without limitation any losses due to online fraud. You can file / lodge any complaint with such payment gateways directly with the concerned third-party payment gateway provider for redressal.

QAUSE shall exert reasonable influence at its disposal, including withdrawal of non-compliant NGOs from the site, if, in its sole opinion and/or discretion, the situation merits such action. However, QAUSE is indemnified by You on this site, from any liabilities arising out of any kind of non-compliance by the NGOs.
QAUSE disclaims any liability, legal or otherwise, that may arise due to the act, omission or otherwise of any visitor to this site, or caused by the same. You acknowledge that QAUSE is purely a “facilitator” for transactions between the NGOs and visitors, and as such, stands indemnified from any liabilities that may arise due to the same.
