A mutually inclusive and tolerant society is the sign of a developed country. With this goal in mind the NGO Shashikant Rural Development Foundation (SRDF) established in 2019 aims to build a mutually beneficial society where there is a lack of social exclusion and poverty.

They take up many initiatives to deal with their overall goal of women empowerment and improving the lives and living standard of the marginalized communities. They also organize comprehensive awareness programmes regarding health, education as well as livelihood.

The NGO takes up the duty of enlightening the people on disaster management by preparing them for proper response and planning. As such they focus on sharing and cultivating knowledge to generate a sustainable influence in the long term future.

The founders of Shashikant Rural Development Foundation are Samba Sivarao Allam and Khushbu.
